The "General Manager" at the Paramus and Cresskill homes is definitely UNQUALIFIED. This individual does not have the proper skills to deal effectively with caregivers and staff. This individual is incompetent, lazy and uncaring. The basic needs of the residents are very compromised (broken toilet seats, no paper towels, dirty sheets, insufficient quality/amounts of food. Some of the staff will play rap music and tv stations in spanish. General Manager does nothing about these issues. Cannot speak about the other Potomac locations, but would not consider these two locations.
